1 1/2 c. sweet potatoes
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs (or egg beaters)
1 1/4 c. milk
12 marshmallows

Mix all ingredients together except the marshmallows. Cook at 350 degrees for about 20 or 25 minutes. Top with marshmallows and bake until brown.
