BARBECUE SAUCE FOR RIBS 
1/2 c. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Brown ribs in shortening. Put into baking dish or pan. Pour sauce over meat and bake about 1 hour in 375 degree oven. This sauce is real good for venison, bear meat, or any kind of meat.
