ONE PAN TURKEY 'N STUFFING | |
1 c. Bisquick baking mix 1 1/4 c. milk 3 eggs 1 tsp. parsley flakes 1 tsp. dried sage leaves or 3/4 tsp. ground sage 3/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 c. cut-up cold turkey 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. finely chopped onion Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease rectangular baking dish (10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inches or 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inches). Mix baking mix, milk, eggs, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper in dish with fork until batter is of uniform color (batter will be lumpy). Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. A 10 inch dish, 35 to 40 minutes; 11 inch dish, 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 6 servings. |
