SWEDISH PANCAKES 
4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tbsp. salt

Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour batter into greased and heated platter pan and cook until brown. Serve with butter and syrup or lingonberries.
