STRAWBERRY BREAD 
2 pkg. frozen strawberries-thawed (10 oz.)
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. salad oil
3 c. all purpose flour
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Grease and flour two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans and set aside.

In medium bowl put thawed strawberries, eggs, and oil. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Add nuts.

Add strawberry mixture to dry ingredients and stir just until blended. Pour into pans.

Bake 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.

You can use 3 small pans & make muffins with anything leftover.
