CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/4 lb. butter
4 eggs
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped & sweetened or 1 pkg. vanilla pudding
Confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Heat water and butter together to boiling. Add flour all at once. Stir constantly with wooden spoon until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Cool thoroughly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating smooth after each addition. Spoon onto ungreased pan, one teaspoon at a time. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Fill with whipped cream or vanilla pudding. Dust with powdered sugar. Yield approximately 15.
