CRISSCROSS PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. butter, butter or Crisco
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. plain flour

Mix well. Roll in small balls. Put on ungreased cookie sheet. Crisscross with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

Yields: 5 to 6 dozen.
