MARSHMALLOW CREAM FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 pt. jar marshmallow cream
3/4 stick butter
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts, optional

Bring sugar, milk and butter to a boil. Cook to medium soft ball stage (236 degrees) stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Then immediately add marshmallow cream, chopped nut meats and chocolate chips. Stir until marshmallow cream and chocolate chips are melted. Pour into a 9 x 9 inch buttered pan. Let cool and mark into squares. Yield about 3 pounds.
