MARSHMALLOW CREAM FUDGE 
8 oz. marshmallow cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine marshmallow cream, sugar, milk, butter, and salt; bring to full boil, stirring constantly over moderate heat; boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add chocolate morsels and stir until melted. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Grease an 8-inch square pan. Pour mixture into pan; chill until firm. Makes about 2 1/2 pounds.
