MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 bag nacho chips
2 lbs. hamburger
2 onions
2 peppers
2 envelopes taco seasoning mix
Lrg. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded
Lrg. can refried beans

Chop onions and peppers, brown together with ground beef, drain well. Mix in 1 pkg. of seasoning and 1/2 can of the tomato sauce, set aside. Combine refried beans, 1 pkg. of seasoning and remaining tomato sauce. Crush nacho chips. In a deep baking dish, layer crushed chips, beef mixture and bean mixture. Top with remaining crushed chips and cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
