INDIAN TACOS 
FRY BREAD:

2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered milk
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Crisco
3/4 c. water

Combine ingredients and milk. Mix with hands until soft dough. Take a ball of dough and pat back and forth until it is a flat circle. Brown circle of dough in frying pan in hot fat (1 cup Crisco) on both sides and spread with filling.

FILLING:

1 lb. hamburger, cooked
1 can refried beans, heated
Chopped lettuce
Tomatoes
Onions
Grated Cheddar cheese
Taco sauce

Spread each piece of fry bread with refried beans, then some meat. Add the lettuce, tomatoes and onions in amount you desire. Sprinkle cheese over and dot with taco sauce.

Can also add some taco sauce to hamburger as it cooks. Canned biscuits can be used (3 for each circle); not as good but is a short cut.
