ICED PEANUT BUTTER SQUARES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. plain flour
1 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
1 1/2 c. Nestle chocolate chips

Cream butter and sugar. Blend in egg, peanut butter and vanilla. Sift flour, soda and salt to mixture. Stir in oatmeal. Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips. As they melt, spread evenly over top.

ICING:

1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp. heavy cream
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter

Mix thoroughly and drizzle over peanut butter squares.
