ANGEL BISCUITS 
1 pkg. yeast
5 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
2 c. buttermilk

Dissolve yeast and 2 tablespoons warm water and set aside. Combine dry ingredients. Cut in cup shortening. Add yeast and buttermilk. Shape into desired size biscuits. Place in greased pan and freeze or bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
