VEGETABLE CREOLE STEW 
4 to 5 cans (50 oz.) V-8 juice
4 lbs. green lima beans
2 c. chopped onions
3 lbs. diced potatoes
5 lbs. minced vegetables (frozen)
2 1/2 lbs. cut okra (frozen)
10 lbs. ground beef
5 lbs. ground pork

Cook ALL vegetables in V-8 juice until tender. Mix ground beef and ground pork and season with salt and pepper. Add bits of meat to vegetable mixture. Simmer for about 1 hour. Serve hot.

To complete meal - serve a tossed green salad and hot cheese biscuits.
