TURKEY CHILI 
1 lb. ground turkey breast
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can kidney beans or chili beans
1 lg. (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 pkg. commercial chili mix

Brown the turkey in a large pan sprayed with Pam until browned. Add the green pepper and onion; reduce heat and cover. Cook over medium heat until the peppers are tender. Add beans, tomatoes and chili mix. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve. This freezes well.
