CHOCOLATE COBBLER 
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup self rising flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cups warm water

Prepare a 9-inch square pan. Sift sugar, flour and cocoa. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla. Spread in pan. In a separate bowl, mix sugars and cocoa. Sprinkle mixture over top of batter. Pour water over mixture and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly.
