BARBECUE TURKEY 
1 (12 to 14 lb.) turkey
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. Heinz 57 sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. molasses

Prepare and cook the turkey as for roasted turkey up to the last hour of baking time. Mix the other ingredients together to make a barbecue sauce. During the last hour of roasting, baste the turkey frequently with the sauce, omitting the use of foil.

Serves about 12 to 15.
