HAM AND POTATO SALAD LOAF 
1 c. minced onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
6 c. cooked potatoes
1/2 c. fresh parsley, snipped
1/4 tsp. pepper
16 slices lean ham

Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup water. Line bread pan with foil. Line slices of ham on bottom and sides of pan. Cut in 8 slices of ham in potato salad mixture. Fold in gelatin. Pour into pan. Put remaining slices on top. Put in refrigerator overnight.
