STRAWBERRY COOKIES 
1 (14 or 16 oz.) bag coconut
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 can Eagle brand milk
Red decorating sugar
Green icing for leaves

Blend first three ingredients well. Refrigerate 2 hours. Then shape and roll in red sugar. Put on cookie sheet pan. And put icing leaves on with decorating tube. Makes about 6 dozen.
