COCONUT YUM YUM 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. (5 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding

Mix flour, walnuts and butter together. Pat ingredients into a baking dish. Put in a 350 degree oven until light tan. Let cool completely. Toast coconut and let this cool completely also.

Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar. Add 1/2 container of Cool Whip. Pour over crust. Put a layer of toasted coconut over the cream cheese ingredients. Next mix large vanilla instant pudding and pour over coconut. Pour and smooth in remaining Cool Whip over pudding. Sprinkle toasted coconut on top of Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
