1 bottle Wishbone Russian dressing
1 jar apricot preserves
1 env. Lipton onion soup
Chicken with or without bones

Mix all ingredients well. Pour over chicken; cover with foil. Bake at 425 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Remove cover, bake for 10-20 more minutes to thicken sauce. I serve with chicken flavored rice and peas. Also, sauce can be used on pork. Great both ways.
