RHUBARB PUNCH 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 qt. water
1/3 c. orange juice
1/ qt. ginger ale

Boil rhubarb and water until the rhubarb is softened. Strain. Add sugar, orange juice, lemon juice and ginger ale. Makes 3 quarts punch.
