CABBAGE SOUP | |
1 lb. cubed stew beef 2 c. canned tomatoes 1 small onion (more if desired) 1 sweet green pepper 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds 4 c. shredded cabbage Enough water to cover beef Cook beef until it begins to get tender and add rest of ingredients. Cook until tender, adding water as necessary. Cooking time about 2 hours. This is a low fat, low calorie dish. |
