WILTED LETTUCE
Lg. bowl leaf lettuce 3 tbsp. bacon grease 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. vinegar Salt lettuce and wilt down. Warm bacon grease. Let boil. Add sugar and vinegar. Pour over lettuce.
