CHOCOLATE BON BONS 
1 c. dates, finely chopped
1 c. chunky-style peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tbsp. butter

TOPPING:

2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1-inch sq. paraffin

Mix together cookie ingredients. Roll into small balls (1 inch in diameter). Melt semi-sweet chocolate and chocolate chips in double boiler. Melt paraffin. Add paraffin to chocolate mixture. Dip balls into chocolate mixture. Yield: 60 cookies.

2 cookies: 1 bread-starch exchange, 2 fat exchanges.
