MEXICAN CHEF SALAD 
1 onion, chopped
4 tomatoes
1 head lettuce
4 oz. grated cheese
8 oz. Thousand Island or French dressing
Hot sauce to taste
Med. size bag Doritos
1 lg. avocado (optional)
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can drained kidney beans
1/4 tsp. salt

Chop onion, tomatoes, lettuce. Toss with grated cheese and dressing and hot sauce to taste. Crunch and add Dorito chips. Slice and add avocado. Brown ground beef, add beans and salt; simmer for 10 minutes. Mix into cold salad. Garnish with tomato and avocado slices and chips.
