Skinless chicken breasts, 1 per person Chopped: onion, green pepper, tomato, mushroom Pierce the breasts with fork. Put vegetables over chicken breasts on top of foil. Then mix together sauce: Nancee mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, pepper, bit salt if desired, enough to make a nice sauce to pour over the chicken breasts and vegetables. Wrap foil packets very careful to make sure they are sealed well. Lay on cookie sheet. Bake 45 minutes or less as desired at 350 degrees or on grill (low) for 30 to 35 minutes. |
