Really good recipe. Had to add a touch more water. Fried it as a calzone then baked, turned out beautifully!

Excellent recipe.
I use 1/2 tsp baking soda and 2 tbsp apple vinegar per 500g flour, no baking powder, and with salt as in recipe.
Some pepper goes well with the dough.

The secret of this recipe is to use a leavening without aftertaste. Then my dough was really good. I use baking soda and add to the water a component like apple vinegar or lemon juice to better activate the baking soda. For a fluffy result, its best to not wait too long after having made the dough until baking, i.e. having the toppings ready.

I tried this recipe and it was fantastic. My pizza was the best I have ever made without ready made crust or crust mix. Loved it.

This is an excellent substitute for a yeast dough if you find yourself without yeast! While of course it does not have the elasticity of a yeast bread, I used this recipe for garlic knots and they came out great.

Decent. Edible. Reminds me of the packaged crust mix you can buy. I would bake the crust alone for 5 minutes before adding toppings next time. Otherwise, I stuck to the recipe. Quick and easy. May make again if in a bind, out of yeast, etc.

I just put my pizza in the oven- the dough tasted great! I'm very exited to prove that this pizza dough WILL work. I put baking soda instead of power (and added salt) and I'm really hoping that it wont be too salty. Thanks for the recipe!!
