Questions: Looks great, but once it is rolled or flattened, do you treat it just like a regular pizza dough? I'm a novice when it comes to pizza. Do you place it on a cookie sheet or what? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks :)

Added just a hint of sugar to it. Oh and Kate, yes you usually add sauce then cheese and what ever other toppings you want.

Today I bought a set to make mini pizzas with my friend, and we're selling pizzas to our other friends, relatives, and neighbors but I can't find yeast in my house so I needed this very bad...thank you so much!
