ARROZ CON POLLO 
8 pieces of chicken
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 sm. can pimento, diced
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 beef bouillon cube
1/4 lb. sausage, cooked & crumbled
1 lg. can tomatoes, drained
1 c. rice, cook, set aside
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas

In the crock pot place chicken, salt, pepper, onion, green pepper, garlic, pimentos, chili powder, bouillon, sausage and tomatoes. With pot on low, cook 7 hours. Add cooked rice and frozen peas. Turn to high, continue cooking 45 minutes to 1 hour.
