1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. white cornmeal
1/2 c. cream (not milk)
1 (10 inch) unbaked pie shell

Cream butter and sugar, add beaten eggs. Mix well. Add vinegar, cornmeal and cream. Mix well, pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Another version of my many chess pie recipes which are very good.
