4 c. peaches, sliced
2 1/2 tbsp. tapioca pudding (dry)
1 tbsp. lemon juice or Fruit Fresh
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 to 1 c. sugar

Mix all together first and let stand while you make crust. Put peaches in crust and dot with butter. Put top crust on and bake.
