SCALLOPED CHICKEN 
WHITE SAUCE:

1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. butter
1 pt. milk
1 pt. cream
1 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion juice

2 c. dry buttered crumbs

Mix 2/3 of crumbs with 1 deboned chicken. Put in a casserole, pour white sauce over the crumbled chicken. Sprinkle rest of crumbs over chicken white sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
