GRAPE SOUFFLE 
1/2 c. low-calorie grape jelly
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
Small clusters of red or green grapes

Beat jelly, sugar, egg whites and lemon juice in small mixer bowl on low speed for 1 minute. Beat on high speed, scraping bowl occasionally, until thick and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into ungreased 1-quart souffle dish or bowl. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours. Divide among 8 dessert dishes and garnish with grape clusters. Makes 8 servings at less than 100 calories per serving.
