8 oz. macaroni, cooked
1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter (or just 2-3 tbsp.)
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Grease casserole. Cook macaroni. Combine everything. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
