LASAGNA 
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 1/2 c. cut up onions
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 pkg. frozen spinach
1 egg
1 1/2 c. ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan and Romano cheeses
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
8 oz. plain tomato sauce
1 c. water
6 oz. tomato paste
1 can mushrooms

Brown hamburger with onions and garlic salt. Drain off excess fat. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, mushrooms and spices and simmer for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. For cheese layer, cook spinach according to package directions and combine spinach with egg, ricotta, 3/4 cup mozzarella and Parmesan and Romano cheese. Cook lasagna noodles as to package directions. Layer in casserole pan starting with sauce, then cooked noodles, then cheese and spinach, then noodles, then sauce. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parsley flakes on top. Bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
