4 c. nonfat dry milk
3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Store in tightly covered jar in cool, dry place.

To use mix: Place 3 tablespoons mix in cup in small amount of boiling water to dissolve mix; then fill cup with boiling water.
