INDIAN PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
3 tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 c. molasses
1 egg
3 tbsp. minute tapioca
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar

Scald milk. Beat together other ingredients and add to milk. Stir until thick as cream. Add butter. Bake slowly for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
