AMARETTO CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. Amaretto liqueur
1 (3 oz.) pkg. toasted slivered almonds

Soften cheese and beat well with Amaretto. Form into a ball and stud with almonds in a porcupine fashion. Chill. Serve for dessert with grapes, apples and pear wedges. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
