PEAR BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. mashed pears
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in center. Put in well, oil, eggs, sugar, pears, and vanillas. STIR until mixed. Put in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool before removing from pans.
