MARSHMALLOW FROSTING | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 6 marshmallows 2 egg whites 1 tsp. vanilla Put egg whites in bowl, but do not mix. Boil sugar and water for 2 minutes. Remove and add marshmallows. Start beaters now. Stir syrup until dissolved. Pour over egg whites and beat until thick. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. |
