CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
3 whole chicken breast or 6 halves 2 c. uncooked noodles 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup 1 (6 oz.) box chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing Cook chicken breasts until done saving the broth to cook the noodles in. When chicken is cool debone and dice. Put noodles in broth and cook until done. Fix stuffing mix according to box directions. The chicken cream soups will be used as comes from the can. Do not dilute. Drain noodles and mix in one can of cream of chicken soup. Take chicken and put 1/2 can of cream of chicken soup in it. Take a 9"x13" baking pan, grease, press in bottom prepared stuffing mix. Add noodle mixture on top of stuffing mix, spread out even. Add chicken mixture, spread out evenly. Spread remaining half can of cream of chicken soup on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. |
