MCCASKILL PEACH COBBLER 
1 (16 oz.) can peaches
1 heaping tbsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. flour or cornstarch

Combine these ingredients into a 2-quart pot and stir well, bring to a boil. Pour mixture into a 9-inch pan. After which, you take a cup of flour and a stick of room temperature butter and mix well. This is your top crust. Place dough on top of filling. To your own taste, pour sugar, nutmeg, and butter on top of dough. Turn oven on 375 degrees and bake until golden brown. May take up to 30 minutes. Oven does not have to be preheated. Enjoy cobbler with pure cream or vanilla ice cream.
