RED AND GREEN LAYERED SALAD 
1 pkg. red Jello
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 can crushed pineapple (reserve juice and use in making Jello)
2 pkg. cream cheese
2 c. whipped cream, sweetened with vanilla
1 tbsp. mayonnaise

Make Jello according to instructions on box, using juice from pineapple, as added flavor. Red and green separately pleas. Set Jello slightly, mix cheese and mayonnaise together. Work into Jello mixture (lime) then add crushed pineapple. Fold in whipped cream, add remaining Jello on top, spread evenly. Place in refrigerator until set. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves. Garnish with a spoonful of whipped cream.
