1 small roast
5-6 potatoes
6-8 carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Peel and cut potatoes and put in bottom of crock pot. Salt roast with seasoned salt and garlic. Place on top of potatoes. Peel and cut carrots and place in crock pot. Mix soup mix and mushroom soup together and spread on top. Cook on medium for approximately 8 hours.
