1 1/4 lbs. Oreo cookies
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. milk

Crush cookies with rolling pin. Add butter and milk. Press in 9x13 inch pan. Save 1/2 cup for top.

Cook 2 small boxes chocolate pudding and pour over crumbs.

Melt 40 marshmallows and 1 cup milk and let cool. Add 8 or 12 ounce container of Cool Whip to marshmallows and pour over pudding. Top with remaining crumbs. Cool and serve.
