LEMON RICOTTA CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix
2 lbs. ricotta cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Prepare cake per directions and pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over cake mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. When cake is cool, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Keep refrigerated.
