BOMBAY SALAD DRESSING 
1 lg. ripe avocado
2 c. sour cream
1 env. French onion soup mix
2 lg. cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. curry powder
Juice of 1 lemon

Pit and peel avocado. Cut into cubes. Place in blender. Add sour cream, onion soup mix, garlic curry powder and lemon juice. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glass container and refrigerate. Serve over lettuce and diced tomatoes. Garnish with sliced tomatoes and avocados.
