LO CAL PUMPKIN PIE 
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 egg, beaten
1 c. cooked pumpkin
6 packets Sweet & Low
1 c. skim milk, scalded

Add salt, spices, sweetener and egg to pumpkin. Gradually add milk. Pour into a well greased 8 inch pie pan -- NOT INTO A CRUST: Place in a shallow pan of water and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. While custard is still warm, slip pie filling into graham cracker crust. 101 calories per serving.
