MINNIE MUFFINS 
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 tbsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
5 c. flour
1 c. melted butter
2 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) box raisin flakes cereal
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix all ingredients above and let stand in refrigerator 48 hours. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in muffin pans. Will keep in refrigerator 6 to 8 weeks. You can sprinkle cinnamon and sugar in pans before baking. Cut recipe in half for 2 people.
